Available shipping methods and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Product availability and dispatch estimates are shown on the product page. For a preorder, the displayed estimate refers to expected dispatch, not delivery.

After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier. If an order includes items with different availability dates, contact us to confirm the shipping arrangements.

For shipping questions, address corrections or an order that has not arrived, contact help@varsitycoolers.us with your order number. Contact us promptly about address changes; changes may not be possible after an order enters fulfillment.
